Pwani-DPA is a Non-Governmental
organizations (NGOs) Established since 2007 and Official registered on October
2009, under NGO Act number 24 of 2002 with
registration No.15 NGO/00003479.
The
major goal of Pwani – DPA is to support and empower the needy underprivileged
and Vulnerable Communities to address and Mitigate the Social – economic,
health, Education and Environmental problems afflicting them in order to
improve their conditions of living.
This
broad goal will only be achieved in collaboration with other partners in
development including Government agencies, Private Sector, other CSOs and Donor
Community.
OUR VISION:
PWANI-
DPA Envisions a healthy well educated, prosperous and
dignified Tanzanian society free from absolute poverty, environmental
degradation and HIV/AIDS infections, care and support of the infected and
affected, improved education, health services, economic status and friendly
environment.
OUR MISSION:
To
provide strategic contribution towards support and empowerment of the needy,
underprivileged and vulnerable segments of the Tanzanian population such as
Pwani region, in addressing the socio-economic [health, education and
environmental] challenges and needs facing them.
OUR GOAL:
To
support and empower the needy, underprivileged and vulnerable communities to
address and mitigate the Socio-economic, health, education and environmental
problems afflicting them in order to improve their conditions of living.
